We do not collect personal data from the Website. The only personal data we collect will be for treatment at the practice/patients home/hospital.

• All healthcare practitioners who work at the Chelsea Podiatry Practice and the Welwyn Podiatry Practice.

• a third party who acquires substantially all of the Podiatry Practice Ltd assets, in which case the personal data shall be one of the acquired assets;

Retention policy
The Podiatry Practice Ltd will process personal data during the duration of any treatment and will continue to store only the personal data needed for eight years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After eight years all personal data of adults will be deleted. Records concerning minors who have received treatment will be retained until the child has reached the age of 25.

Keeping your data secure
We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data, for example, we will store your personal data on secure servers.

Transfers of data out of the EEA 
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
